Lord, we thank you for this day and what you’re doing in our midst, that you have spread your wings over us and we are covered in the shelter of your shadow. Father, we yield to you tonight. Holy Spirit, we ask you to come and move and breathe your life upon us; restore and refresh, heal and deliver, set the captive free, empower, energize and revive, so that we can go forth and advance your kingdom in the earth. Father, we honor you and we bless you. We say have your way in Jesus name. Amen.
?You’re promises never fail. I am standing on every promise that you make. I will see it come to pass in your name.
Betty Love. Father, we just acknowledge you. We acknowledge your goodness. We acknowledge your presence. Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit, fullness of life. Your fullness. And the presence of the Lord. Your goodness.

Kevin. Your blood speaks a better word. Your blood forever covers me. The precious blood of Christ, it’s rewriting my history, it covers me with destiny.
Betty. Right now, just welcome the voice and the power of the blood of Jesus Christ. Let the blood of Jesus infuse your entire spirit, soul, and body. There’s power in the blood. Yesterday I was worshiping and sounds were coming out of me and I said to Anna, I’m thinking about the blood. I remembered years ago at the foot of this cross we had that red fabric on it.
I had an open vision and I saw that the blood is alive. It wasn’t the material I was seeing. I actually saw the blood of Jesus Christ and it was wet. I was like real deal blood. It wasn’t dried or old. It was alive. And the power of the blood. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
The Lord just reminded me of the first time I saw mass healings, corporate healings in meetings, more than one person, like 20 people get healed at one time. We were in Starkville, Mississippi, when Chris and Laura Hollis were on the road with me leading worship. We had seasoned intercessors and leaders in that room and it didn’t feel like what we felt, Chris and Laura and me.
Chris said in the midst of worship it felt like he was pushing a lawn mower up a mountain and it was not self-propelled. In an atmosphere like that, the people think it’s the most awesome thing, but there is something going on in the realm of the spirit. I told Chris to play the blood songs. They went into, There is power, power, wonder-working power. And began to sing every blood song they knew.
We were in a hotel ballroom and I saw angels come in, standing out the roof, lining the entire ballroom along the walls. Like a tapestry, I saw the blood of Jesus rolling down those walls like fabric and pool into the room. And I had an open vision.
When I was a little girl, the Whitman Sampler candy box had a cellophane seal on it. So you had to pop the cellophane to get into the two layers of candy. That candy means something to me. It’s special to me. It’s connected with my family.
I saw a Whitman Sampler candy box held up and the finger of God come down and he popped that cellophane seal. It sounded like unplugging a guitar with the sound turned up. It went through me. He said, Whatever they need is in the box. He said, Have them check their bodies. Everyone who had chronic pain, some with back pain for years, was healed on the spot. It was a sovereign sweep.
There was a ten year old boy who heard we had a healing anointing, a miracle ministry. He and his mom and dad came in. I had never seen them before and he had a bald head from cancer. I could see his parents were desperate. I was worshiping with the red fabric; this fabric has no power in it; it’s just what it represents.
The Lord instructed me. I told his parents to take him home and not to take that fabric off of him, to let him sleep with it, because I believed God had done something for him. It represents the blood. Take the blood home. There’s power, power, wonder-working power in the blood. This was a Saturday.
On Monday or Tuesday Kimble and I were eating in a restaurant in downtown Laurel with a group of people and I got a phone call from Deanie Luke. She said the family of that little boy had reached out to someone to get in touch with me. He went to the doctor, scheduled for a PET scan on Monday. The doctor said he’d never seen anything like it. The blood supply to the tumor on his spine was cut off and it was dying.
There’s power in the blood. There’s power in the blood. The tumor was dying from the inside out. It’s death to disease. It’s death to cancer. It’s death to the devil. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony, and we love not our lives unto the death.
So tonight, it doesn’t matter what kind of circumstance or situation you’re facing. You have a blood covenant. And the blood is alive. It’s not lost its power. And it speaks a better word. It overrides. It trumps everything. So I just want to acknowledge the blood of Jesus.
Our blood has a voice, because Abel’s blood cried out. I really got a revelation that our blood has voice. But when we’re born-again, born of the Spirit, we get a blood transfusion. We are infused with the life of Christ, with the Word of God and the Spirit. So just receive the power of the blood of Jesus into your life and into your body, into your home and into your family. It destroys the spirit of death. Praise God.
?What can wash away my sin? What can make us whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. We praise you for your blood King Jesus.
Lane. When you walk into the room nothing matters more than you. We worship you. We love you and we’ll never stop. Can’t live without you Jesus. All this is for you Jesus. You’re the one we love, the one we adore, the one we came here for.
You are rewriting my history with your blood, with your love.
?Anna. Take us back to the beginning, so we can recover what was part of our history. Full recovery of what was lost. You’re rewriting our history. The books are open, every word you’ve spoken. We call it into being.
Betty Love. Father, we thank you for what you’ve done, your presence in this place tonight. We thank you for the power of the blood of Jesus that speaks over our lives individually and corporately. We thank you for the power of the blood to deliver, to heal, to make whole. Full benefits of the new covenant in your blood in our lives in Jesus name.
Father, we thank you for Michelle tonight as she comes with a fresh word to release. We put a demand on that word stored in her. Holy Spirit, we thank you that you carry her. And Lord, that our hearts are prepared to receive and they are good ground. Let this word go forth tonight and accomplish all you have sent it to do in Jesus name. Amen.
Michelle Chandler. Glorious and Holy Father, I submit myself to you. Holy Spirit, I ask you to speak the words you’ve given me to speak. Lord, I’ve laid it all out on my powerpoint. If you have more then release it through me. If there is less, that’s okay too, Lord. You rule and you reign and we love you and thank you, Lord.
Recently I’ve had more time to spend with the Lord to just pour into the Word and I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s been an absolute joy. I have meditated on the word and you know how it is when you go back and read something you’ve read before. There’s fresh fruit in there.
As I was reading in the Old Testament recently, this phrase ‘Handed Over’ just leap out at me. It’s been stewing in me. I know it’s Holy Spirit and he’s speaking to us.
Handed Over. Delivered into our hands. Given into our hands.
Exodus 34:10 NIV. Then the Lord said: “I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the Lord, will do for you.” Awesome promise.
This sets the stage. Deuteronomy
When:
Day 1 of the 11th Month of the 40th Year
The fearful generation has died off.
Israel’s next generation is ready to follow the Lord into the promise their fathers rejected.
Israel has already defeated Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan.
Where:
The far side of the Jordan in the desert.
What:
Moses is re-telling the story to Israel of what the Lord has commanded and done for them.
Desert Recap: Adonai has led them out of Egypt and:
The pillar of fire guarded them, giving them light and warmth at night.
The cloud led them by day and even cooled them with His shade.
Adonai provided manna, water, and quail for their nourishment.
Their clothing and shoes have not worn out.
Adonai preserved the health and met the physical needs of over 600,000 men, plus women and children, in the desert for 40 years.
Nobody but Adonai could do that. Absolutely incredible. If my family had to flee to the desert I don’t know what we would do. We would be totally lost. It would have to be the Lord.
At Kadesh Barnea, Moses set the 12 men in to check out the Promised Land. Ten came back and declared fear. Two came back and proclaimed faith.
Adonai was angry at their fear and extended their journey by 40 years. The generation who feared was to die off and their children would receive the promise in their place—except for Joshua and Caleb.
When all the men who were able to bear arms had died and were no longer part of the people, Adonai instructed them to pass peacefully through the land of the Ammonites.
Deuteronomy 2:24-33 CJB. 5430
“‘Get up, get moving, and cross the Arnon Valley. Here, I have PUT IN YOUR HANDS Sichon (Sihon) the Emori, king of Heshbon, and his land; commence the conquest, begin the battle!
Today I will start putting the fear and dread of you into all the peoples under heaven, so that the mere mention of your name will make them quake and tremble before you.’
“I sent envoys from the K’demot Desert (Kedemoth) to Sichon king of Hesbon with a peaceable message,
‘Let me pass through your land. I will keep to the road, turning neither right nor left. You will sell me food to eat for money and give me water to drink for money, I only want to pass through.
Do as the people of “Esav (Esau) living in Se’ir (Seir) and the Mo’avim (Moabites) living in ‘Ar did with me, until I cross the Yarden (Jordan) into the land Adonai our God is giving us.’
“But Sichon king of Hesbon would not let us pass through his territory, because Adonai your God had hardened his spirit and made him stubborn, so that he could HAND HIM OVER to you, as is the case today.
Adonai said to me, ‘See, I have begun HANDING OVER Sichon and his territory before you; started taking possession of his land.’ Then Sichon came out against us, he and all his people to fight at Yahatz (Jahaz); and Adonai our God HANDED HIM OVER TO US, so that we defeated him, his sons and all his people.
Deuteronomy 3:1-5 CJB.
“Then we turned and went up the road to Bashan, and ‘Og the king of Bashan came out against us with all his people to fight at Edre’i. Adonai said to me, ‘Don’t be afraid of him; for I HAVE HANDED HIM, ALL HIS PEOPLE AND HIS TERRITORY OVER TO YOU; you will do to him as you did to Sichon king of the Emori, who lived at Heshbon.’
There’s a pattern here.
So Adonai our God also HANDED OVER TO US ‘Og the king of Bashan with all him people, and we defeated him until he had no one left. At that time we captured all his cities; there was not one city of theirs that we didn’t capture. There were sixty cities, all the region of Argov, the kingdom of ‘Og in Bashan; all of them fortified cities with high walls, gates and bars—in addition to a great number of unwalled towns.
Nobody but God. This occurred to me today. I don’t read anywhere in the Word where the Lord told the Israelites to start bulking up or working out or practicing your sword play. I’ve not run across that. They weren’t big beefy guys; they weren’t giants. This is the hand of God because it was HANDED OVER to them.
The phrase “HANDED OVER’ is used in several translations: the CJB, MSG, NIRV, GW and CSB. The phrases “given into our hands” and “delivered into our hands” is used in the NIV, KJV, NKJV, and ESV. It’s the same meaning but ‘Handed Over’ really resonated with me.
Other occurrences of “Handed Over” in Joshua, because we know what happened when they crossed over. Joshua sent two men, instead of twelve, to spy out the land, and this is the report they gave:
Joshua 2:24 CJB. Truly Adonai has HANDED OVER all the land to us,’ they told Y’Hoshua. “Everyone in the land is terrified that we’re coming.”
Joshua 6:2. Adonai said to Y’Hoshua, “I HAVE HANDED YERICHO (JERICHO) OVER to you, including its king and his warriors.
Joshua 8:1. Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Don’t be afraid or fall into despair! Take all the people who can fight with you, set out, and go up to ‘Ai; because now I HAVE HANDED OVER TO YOU the king of ‘Ai, his people, his city and his land.
Joshua 8:18. Then Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Point the spear in your hand toward ‘Ai, because I WILL HAND IT OVER to you.” Y’hoshua pointed the spear in his hand toward the city.
Joshua 10:8. Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Don’t be afraid of them, for I HAVE HANDED THEM OVER to you; not one of their men will stand against you.”
Joshua 10:30-32. Y’hoshua went on from Makkedah, and all Isra’el with him to Livhah; and he fought against Livhah. ADONAI ALSO HANDED IT AND ITS KING OVER to Isra’el. He defeated it with the sword, everyone there—he left no one, and he did to its king what he had done to the king of Yericho.
Y’hoshua went on from Livnah, and all Isra’el with him, to Lakhish; and he pitched camp against it and fought against it. ADONAI HANDED IT OVER to Isra’el; he captured it the second day. He defeated it with the sword, everyone there, exactly as he had done to Livnah.
Joshua 21:41-43. So Adonai gave Israel all the land which he swore to give to their ancestors, and they took possession of it and lived in it. Then Adonai gave them rest all around, according to everything he had sworn to their ancestors. Not a man from all their enemies stood against them; ADONAI HANDED ALL THEIR ENEMIES OVER TO THEM. Not one good thing that Adonai had spoken of to the household of Israel failed to happed; it all took place.
Joshua 24:8-11. I brought you into the land of the Emori living beyond the Yarden; they fought against you, BUT I HANDED THEM OVER TO YOU. You took possession of their land, and I destroyed them ahead of you. Then Balak the son of Tzippor, king of Mo’av, rose up and fought against Isra’el. He sent and summoned Bil’am the son of B’or to put a curse on you.
But I refused to listen to Bil’am, and he actually blessed you. In this way I rescued you from him. Next you crossed the Yarden and came to Yericho. The men of Yericho fought against you—the Emori, P’rizi, Kena’ani, Hitti, Girgashi, Hivi, and Y’Vusi (Amorites, Peruzzites, Canaanites, Hittites, Gurgashites, Hivites, and Jebusites)—AND I HANDED THEM OVER TO YOU.
I sent the hornet ahead of you, driving them out from ahead of you, the two kings of the Emori—it wasn’t by your sword or your bow.
Over and over and over that was their strategy. He simply did what he promised!
Exodus 34:10 NIV. Then the Lord said: “I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the Lord, will do for you.”
Genesis 15:13-16 ESV. Then the Lord said to Abram, “Know for certain that your offspring will be sojourners in a land that is not theirs and will be servants there, and they will be afflicted for four hundred years. But I will bring judgment on the nation that they serve, and afterward they shall come out with great possessions.
As for you, you shall go to your father in peace; you shall be buried in a good old age. And they shall come back here in the fourth generation, FOR THE INIQUITY OF THE AMORITES IS NOT YET COMPLETE.” That was significant.
The established time. In this verse, it is clear that the Lord has set an expiration date on the sin of the Amorites. It speaks to His mercy. In other words, He would not allow Abraham’s descendants to come to the Promised Land until it was TIME. He declared that the Amorites were to reach the completion of their iniquity.
Adonai had already established the TIME for Israel to go into the Promised Land.
It’s all about TIME. When Adonai handed over the kings, cities, people, and territories to Israel, it was not because of anything that they had done to earn it.
It was because he had made a promise to Abraham and IT WAS TIME to manifest it.
What about his promises to us? He’s given us a lot of promises, especially in this house. The Lord has been speaking to us in this house and to those in our alignment about the plans he has. The miraculous will take place here, and we are to be witnesses and participants. We are approaching the Head of the Year 5780 on the Hebraic calendar, the decade of Pey. In Pey, we will speak His Word and those words will create signs, wonders, and miracles that glorify the Lord.
So what does all this mean? I’m laying all this ground work because it’s Parallel Time.
We are in a season here now that parallels the nation of Israel as they were making their advance into the land of God’s Promise.
We are approaching the fulfillment of those promises, much like Israel when they made the final leg of their journey to their Promised Land.
We have journeyed, like Israel, from Horeb, and we are gathered by the Jordan to step into the manifestation of his promises.
We have (in the spiritual) encamped on the outside of Canaan, and we are preparing to cross over and possess our land.
In order for us occupy, the enemy has to be expelled.
We do not have the power to expel the enemy without the Lord.
But He’s handing them over to us. I began reading Deuteronomy about two weeks ago. Holy Spirit put emphasis on “Handed Over.” As I continued to study, he confirmed to repeatedly to me, most recently when Betty taught from Judges on Sunday.
Just as he did for Israel, he is doing for this generation now.
He’s handing them over to us. I believe the Lord is saying that NOW he is HANDING OVER this land to us, and will expel the evil that has occupied it.
He is HANDING OVER his authority and dominion in order for us to fully occupy and glorify him. I believe this agrees with all the word he has released to us in the last months and years. It’s time. We know and Holy Spirit in our knowers know it’s time.
I would like us to agree and pray this prayer aloud together. I’ve pulled certain points and that’s why I’m asking for your participation and agreement.
Prayer.
We are here to occupy this land, by inheritance and by Your divine placement of us.
We desire to take full possession of it, both in the natural and spiritual.
We desire to be strategic like Israel under Joshua’s leadership, and be wholly dependent on Your direction.
Father, we are not afraid to take this land, because You delight in us and You are with us. (Numbers 13-14)
We ask You to sound Your Holy Shofar in this city.
We ask You to HAND OVER the enemy to us so that we can fully occupy it now.
We ask You to expel every trace of the enemy from this land.
Lord, as we advance into our land, we ask You to put the fear and dread of us into the hearts of Your enemy, just as You did for Israel.
We decree that the mere mention of Your name will make the squatters of this land quake and tremble. We ask Your permission to retain the spoils of this land for our inheritance. (Deuteronomy 2)
When it was time for Israel to claim the Promised Land, You had already planned the defeat of their enemies and You went before them. Israel sought Your will and direction before they advanced; one king, people, and territory at a time.
Cities, regions, and territories were defeated by Israel because You HANDED THEM OVER to your people.
You did so in order to fulfill Your covenant promises and to display Your glory to the world for all generations.
Just as You handed over the Promised Land to the descendants of Israel, we ask You to HAND OVER TO US the kings, people, regions, cities, territories and un-walled town we seek. We ask You to fight on our behalf and defeat the enemy, that we may take full possession. (Deuteronomy 3)
Adonai Elohim, we ask You to defeat Your enemies in this place and allow us to rule it and have dominion in Your name, in order to honor and glorify You in the name above all names we ask, the Messiah, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.
Betty. So we are standing. This word goes hand in hand with where we’ve been. Last Wednesday night was about the hand of the Lord being extended to us. It’s where we are Hebraically, prophetically. He is extending his hand of mercy to us. It is imperative that you allow the Lord to do the hard work within you.
I’m saying this because where we are moving and stepping, the words of your mouth are going to create. God is going to speak to you as he spoke to Joshua. All Joshua had to do was point a spear. And he said, I’m giving them over to you.
It is the Pey Load. The word of God is open over your life, your territory. Where the enemy has ridden over our heads, he is going to be annihilated. The enemy is not going to be able to stand up against you. The Lord is going to give you a mouth and wisdom that your enemy will not be able to resist or contradict.
So the Lord is saying even now, I have already handed these enemies over to you. We’ve won this war. We’ve even won the battles. If you are willing and obedient, you are going to eat the best from the land. I have made covenant with you. The covenant with Abraham was land, seed, blessing. You possess the gates of your enemies and the cities of your enemies. It is about victory.
I want to encourage you. We take hold of the word. It is excellent. It was the nugget, the next. Do not let go of the promises that God has spoken. The power of the blood is speaking over your life and your land, and the Lord is realigning us. There is a reset. And even a new birth. He is going to make you so clean as you enter into this next era, you’re going to be literally amazed. You’re coming again again. Coming again again.
He is going to give you vision, pro-horizon you, and fulfill the promises you’ve been waiting on. It’s time to enter into your promise and your possession. We bless you in the name of the Lord.
