To the Remnant Rising,

“The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord; He is their stronghold in time of trouble. The Lord helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them,because they take refuge in Him” (Psalm 37:39-40; NIV)

Prayer:
Father, we come into agreement with your Kingdom plan and redemptive purposes for our nation and the State of South Dakota. Lord, you are our rock, our fortress, and our deliverer; our God is our rock, in whom we take refuge. You are our shield and the horn of our salvation, our stronghold. We call to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and we are saved from my enemies.” We declare: The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord; He is our stronghold in times of trouble. The Lord helps us and delivers us; He delivers us from the wicked and saves us,because we take refuge in Him” We bind ourselves to the teaching of the Lord. We know the truth and the truth set us free, in Jesus Name.
South Dakota, you are “The Stronghold State”. We decree over the State of South Dakota and our nation: “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. Because you see, it is your call as a state. And that is why you are always going to see coming out of South Dakota an expression of truth…. You are going to always have great influence because God has put that anointing on this particular state. It is amazing that South Dakota, one of the least populous states in our nation, has one of the greatest voices in our nation. “Lord, send forth Your light and truth and bring the believers in this state to Your Holy Mountain. We declare, on the mountain of the Lord, it will be revealed! South Dakota, the Lord desires truth in your inner parts; He teaches you His wisdom in your inmost place. Because you love righteousness and hate wickedness, the Lord has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your companions. Revelation knowledge is being poured out upon the State of South Dakota because God calls you His friend. The Spirit of Truth is upon this state. You will know the truth and the truth will set you free. South Dakota, there is a strong apostolic-prophetic governmental mantle that is resting upon you to legislate heaven. The voice of the Lord is upon the waters of the ekklesia. You are turning your enemies at the gate! “The Lord has given you His jurisdiction, the right andauthority to carry out the action, to tread upon serpents and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy. Nothing shall by any means harm you”(Luke 10:19). The strongman and the stronghold of the enemy hasbeen exposed and revealed within you now. South Dakota, all ungodly Influence is removed from you. The strongman has been stripped of his authority and no longer has a voice. The voice of the Righteous Reformer will realign this state to be a voice of reformation in the nation. Father, we bless the 7 mountains within this pro-life state with Your righteousness and truth. Thank you for mantling the State of South Dakota, with a fresh mantle of Your Glory in this New Era. Influence is power. We bless this state that “rules under God” and carries such great influence in our nation. South Dakota, enter into your inheritance and rise up and take your place of authority in our nation. In Jesus Name, Amen!
