52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 16: Kentucky, June 1, 1792
To the Remnant Rising,
There are war strategies that the Lord is releasing in this hour to totally defeat the Amalekite spirit. The apostolic and prophetic gifting are working together to legislate the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven. The Lord is placing a fresh mantle of the apostolic prophetic anointing upon His remnant to war victoriously in this new era. He is releasing revelation that will revolutionize the army of the Lord! We are in the season of the royal decree that saw Haman, the Amalekite, and his ten sons hang from the gallows. The Lord is overthrowing unrighteous governments and establishing the scepter of His Kingdom in our lives and land. I hear the sound of the warhorses in the land. We are running to win!
“The Amalekites came and attacked the Israelites at Rephidim. Moses said to Joshua, “Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands.” So, Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went to the top of the hill. As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up — one on one side, one on the other — so that his hands remained steady till sunset. So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword. Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.” Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner. He said, “For hands were lifted up to the throne of the Lord. The Lord will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation.” (Exodus 17:8-16; NIV)

Prayer:
Father, thank you for clothing us with a fresh apostolic – prophetic mantle and anointing in this new era. We come into agreement with your kingdom plans and strategies that you are releasing in this hour for our nation and the state of Kentucky. Your revelation bring revolution. We decree with the righteous remnant of Kentucky,
“The Lord is activating and accelerating a new “shrewd intelligence” to calculate the movements, strategies, and plans of the enemy. To Calculate means to compute, quantify, determine, evaluate, enumerate the intentions, meanings, design, plan, and aim of actions to have a particular effect. The Lord told me the enemy would weaponize the law to destroy families, society and this nation but that plan will be destroyed by the New Way Revelation is Moving. God is pouring out on his people the wisdom of Revelation 13:18 to operate, function and display, the shrewd intelligence of Heaven to STOP the evil agenda against the 50 states of this nation. The Occult Shield that has formed over Kentucky and America by the combining of macro and micro principalities has been exposed.” Heaven has revealed the works of darkness so they may be defeated. Jeremiah 51:20-25 is our template to use in this season and through divine intervention, Heaven is weaponizing Christians in America as God’s war club and battle axe to shatter into pieces these Anti-Christ systems and structures; demonic armies; corrupt governments, orders, decrees and laws; corrupt governors and officials: and the laboring class systems of darkness. The time is NOW to MOVE and ACT by paying attention to legislation, meeting with elected officials, watching the bills they sponsor and their voting record, showing up at the general assembly and praying during bill proposals and legislative voting times; Worship and prayer at the State capital, government, voting centers and courthouses; showing up and holding accountable school and college boards. God is positioning His people to occupy places of authority on the Government mountain. To build relationships with government officials, pray for/with them and show up at meetings to be the VOICE OF GOD and bring revival to the Government and this Nation.”(Cordia McLaurin, Kentucky)
Father, we come into agreement with your Kingdom plans and purposes for our nation and the state of Kentucky. Lord, continue to plumbline us in your righteousness. Father, let Kentucky run in the fullness of her birthright and destiny that you have ordained for her.
You are a fine thoroughbred Kentucky, a warhorse, who has become a war machine for the Kingdom of God. The state in the Righteous Race, Kentucky, you are running to win for the nation. So, we say, “Run, Kentucky, run! Run the race marked out for you! There are others that will follow you in this race for righteousness!
We decree, even as Moses standing on the mount top, the Lord has raised His staff of Authority over this State. Victory over the Amalekite spirit is at hand in the land for Kentucky and for the nation! We decree, “The scepter will not depart from Judah or the staff from between his feet until he whose right it is comes and the obedience of the peoples belongs to him.” Kentucky, “You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.” The Lord has placed a righteous scepter in your hand to rule and reign with him. God’s Government is now functioning in your land. We decree over our nation and the state of Kentucky, “Your throne, O God, will last forever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.”
You are an “Upper Room” state with 120 counties, carrying a great governmental authority. The “Upper Chamber” is open to you now. Gates that have been shut are now swinging wide for righteous rule! There is a three-fold governmental authority that is rising within you in this critical hour! We decree, “For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; it is He who will save us.”The Lord your God is mighty to save. He is rejoicing over you with singing. There is a new sound rising up out of the ground and there is a sound coming out of the heavenlies…the dance of two camps… the heavenly hoofs and the earthly hoofs running together to win for the Kingdom. We bless the United States of America and the State of Kentucky with the goodly inheritance that the Lord has stored up for you. In the name Jesus Christ, Amen.
